CURRICULUM CATCH-UP SESSION
WHAT IS IT:
If your child missed out on a few weeks of training and find it hard to keep up, this Catch-UP Session is designed for them!
It is a special training session to help them catch up on any parts of the program that they have missed, and be on track for the upcoming Level-UP. All levels welcomed.
*If your child still has 3 or more categories with the 1st box unticked, we would highly recommend attending the Curriculum Catch-UP Session.

BLACKBELT PREPARATION WORKSHOP
The Black Belt Grading marks a powerful milestone in every martial artist's journey. It’s the culmination of years of dedication, growth, and perseverance - a moment that reflects not only skill but also character.
This grading is a celebration of the hard work our students have put in and a memory they’ll carry with them for life.

We’ll be diving deep into every section of the grading:

✔️ Kick combos
✔️ Self-defence Takedowns
✔️ Physicality
✔️ Tricking
✔️ Board breaking with actual boards
✔️ Training tips to prepare for the weeks leading up to the big day.
This is a crucial step in making sure your child feels confident, sharp and ready for the big day.

Frequently Asked Questions
My child hasn’t missed any classes but still struggles with certain skills. Should they attend?
Yes! This session isn’t just for students who have been absent—it’s also for those who feel they need extra help in certain areas. The coach will provide focused training to help build confidence and progress faster.
Does this session guarantee that my child will Level-UP?
No, Level-UP is dependant on your child's level and capability. This session is designed to help your child catch up on missed training and improve their skills, by providing valuable guidance, extra practice, and targeted support to get them prepared for their next level.
What will be covered in the Curriculum Catch-UP Session?
During the session, our Coach will go through a "mock grading", covering everything your child will need for their Level-UP. If your child still has unticked boxes on their tracker, the coach will aim to help them earn more ticks while also giving practical tips to improve at home.
Is this session required for my child to attend Level-UP?
No, attendance is optional. However, if your child has missed a number of classes this season, or still struggling with certain aspects of the curriculum, we highly recommend attending to ensure they are fully prepared and confident for their next Level-UP.
