Level-UP Day

LEVEL-UP DAY
Level-UP Day is a celebration day for your child's training in The Invincible Athletes Academy and it's also a formal grading for the Invincible Kids to potentially earn their next belt.
It is based on the knowledge and skills that they have gained according to the requirements set out in the curriculum.
It will test their aptitude in executing techniques and attitude developed from the Invincible Leadership Mindsets, under a high pressure environment.
Gradings are a formal event.
Students must be well groomed and in FULL TRAINING UNIFORM in order to grade.
This means:
- Invincible Worldwide T-Shirt
- Current Belt
- Black Pants/Tights
- For Boys: Hair must be well-groomed
- For Girls: Hair must be tied back
- Uniform must be neat and ironed

TIME:
ARRIVAL TIME [ 4-6yr old Juniors ] : 10 Minutes prior your child's time.
ARRIVAL TIME [ 7- 14+ old Juniors ] : Please arrive 15 min prior to your child's personal time!
You won't need to come from the beginning of the day, only when your child is allocated and also at the end for the Awards Ceremony.
*After everyone has registered, we will have a detailed Time Stamp released on the Tuesday before Level-UP, so that you know what time to arrive. Please check your email or the Parents’ Facebook Group on Tuesday. We will also have a printed version at the HQ reception table.
REGISTRATION: $60 (Includes Certificate and New Belt)

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know what time to arrive on Level-UP Day?
After everyone has registered, we will have a detailed Time Stamp released on the Tuesday before Level-UP, so that you know what time to arrive. Please check your email or the Parents’ Facebook Group on Tuesday. We will also have a printed version at the HQ reception table.
What if we can't make it on the Level-UP Day?
If you absolutely are not able to make it on the Saturday, you can register to do a Make-UP Grading session, which will be held during the week, either at 3:45pm or 6:20pm. Simply let us know via email, and we'll arrange a special session for you.
What will my child be tested on?
Level-UP Day will test all the curriculum that we've been teaching your child in the past few months, including self-defence techniques, tricking/gymnastics, physicality, and their character. Upon passing, your child will be presented with their newly earned Belt and Certificate.
What if my child does not pass the Level-UP?
If for some reason your child does not do as well as hoped and do not achieve their next level, the registration fee is credited to the following attempt and payment will NOT be required for the following Level-UP. We will also hold a Make-UP Grading for you.
